Physics is the study of the natural world based on a series of rules. The aim of physics is to somehow create a single theory that manages to describe all known natural pheonomena based on a single set of interlocking equations, which has been coloquically called the 'theory of everything'. Unlike chemistry, which is concerned with how natural compounds behave on a molecular level, physics is more concerned with the behavior of the sub-atomic particles.
